About the Job

Abdul Latif Jameel United Finance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Complaints Handling Officer to join our Customer Care team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving all types of customer tickets-including complaints, inquiries, and service requests-while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer tickets efficiently and professionally
  • Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide official responses to complaints within 10 working days
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels
  • Ensure all complaint handling aligns with SAMA regulations and performance indicators
  • Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
  • Offer timely solutions and follow up to confirm resolution
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary updates for complaint resolution
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care or complaint handling
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and customer service best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
