Retail Salesman

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Salesman to join our retail team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers while assisting them in choosing the right mattress and sleep solutions that suit their needs. You will play an integral role in representing our brand and helping to drive sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of the full range of products, including mattresses, bed frames, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and performance metrics.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
