Customer Care Executive

To support our team in Riyadh, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who can build strong relationships with clients and provide timely assistance to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Assist in processing orders, quotations, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Support the sales and marketing team with customer-related tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
