Job description:

Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years. Freshers are also welcome
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Notice Period: 15 days to maximum of 1 month

Job Location: Mohali
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide effective support to the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, discount calculations, and approvals.
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain and update sales data in ERP systems and prepare regular MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Track and monitor customer accounts, pending payments, and order status.
  • Support sales team with documentation, presentations, and day-to-day requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination/sales support.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel & MIS reporting is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
