Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to address complex issues.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,547.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
