Job Description: Customer Care Executive – Food Industry (Techno-Sales)

Location: Tripunithura
Department: Sales and Customer Support
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with a strong understanding of food ingredients and techno-sales processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and the R&D department, addressing client queries about ingredient applications, mixing procedures, and testing methods, while ensuring timely and accurate communication to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

· Interact with customers to handle technical and non-technical inquiries regarding food ingredient usage, mixing procedures, and testing standards.

· Liaise with the R&D department to obtain clarifications or test results related to client queries or product customization needs.

· Communicate technical information and R&D feedback clearly and accurately to clients.

· Maintain records of all customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in CRM systems.

· Support the sales team by providing product recommendations based on customer requirements and technical data.

· Ensure follow-up with clients post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

· Assist in preparing client feedback summaries and share insights with marketing and product development teams.

· Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline.

· 2–4 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or techno-commercial roles within the food ingredients or FMCG sector.

· Knowledge of food ingredients formulation, mixing ratios, and testing methodologies.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical data in customer-friendly terms.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, report preparation, and email correspondence.

· Excellent coordination skills between internal teams and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
