Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding appointments, services, and doctors’ availability.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Address patient complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in promoting clinic services and follow up with patients for feedback or future appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information as per clinic policy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM or clinic software).
  • Pleasant personality with a patient-centric attitude.

Work Timings

9AM to 6PM & 11AM to 8PM

Sunday Week off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
