• Handle return and exchange requests politely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers about product issues or replacements.
• Coordinate with logistics and stock teams for smooth return processing.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, exchanges, and follow-ups.
• Connect with existing customers for reorder reminders and feedback.
• Provide personalized guidance on skincare products based on past purchases
