We are seeking candidates for Customer Care Executive role responsible for the efficient management of the daily sales cycle, from order collection and processing to final logistics coordination and customer communication. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate execution of all administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following core areas:
- Order Management: Managing customer requirements and ensuring the timely collection of orders on a daily basis from customers and Sales Managers.
- Documentation: Preparing and accurately issuing sales confirmations and invoices.
- Sales Administration: Preparing and processing Sales Returns, Warranty Requests, and handling all other related documentation and administrative aspects.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising directly with the Logistics Department to coordinate the timely delivery and collection of orders.
- Customer Support: Serving as a primary point of contact for daily communication with customers.
- Financial Administration: Preparing and sending Stock Lists and Statement of Accounts to customers.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting operational and sales coordination reports during weekly meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Must be a Graduate.
- Experience: Experienced in Sales Coordination and results-oriented in previous roles.
- Skills: Should be highly organized and possess excellent communicative abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have experience in Computer Operations (e.g., standard office software, ERP/CRM).
- Language: Must be fluent in Hindi (verbal and written).
Industry Advantage: Previous experience in the Auto Motive Spare Parts segment will be a significant added advantage
