Internal Sales / Telesales Executive – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Internal Sales / Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales through phone-based interactions. This role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and timely responses.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with external/field sales teams to support complex sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Administrative Duties

  • Process orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
  • Maintain price lists, product information, and customer databases.
  • Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Able to speak English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,779.43 per month
