* Coordination with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams when needed
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Communication preferred)
* 1–2 years of experience in online customer support roles
* Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer service platforms (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
