Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions across multiple platforms. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls – assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Respond to customer queries on Instagram (DMs, comments, story replies) in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer interactions on Facebook, including messages, comments, and post engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and closure.
- Provide product/service updates to customers when required.
- Identify recurring issues and report them for process improvement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Familiarity with social media platforms Instagram & Facebook.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency MS Office.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (freshers can apply).
