About the Role

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to manage customer queries related to RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to RTO (Return to Origin), lost orders, delivery delays, and product-related issues.
• Provide clear updates to customers and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.
• Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction.
• Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.
• 6 Months–3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics.
• Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
