Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our call center team. In this role, you will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates seeking growth in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide clear information about products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support lead generation and basic sales activities when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Good communication skills in [English/Local Language].
  • Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
