Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support for our product-based e-commerce business. The role focuses on resolving customer issues and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Assist customers with order status, shipping, returns, refunds, and product-related concerns
• Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure closure within defined timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse) for issue resolution
• Adhere to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support (product-based e-commerce only)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of interactions
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience strictly in product-based online e-commerce companies
• Own laptop, stable internet connection, and a noise-free workspace
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
