· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

· Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.

· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.

· Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.

· Meet customer satisfaction and response-time targets.

· Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
