Office Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000

Role Overview:

We are hiring a motivated Customer Care Executive to manage customer communication and support operations. The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Address complaints efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.
• Liaise with internal departments such as inventory, marketing, and listings for issue resolution.
• Maintain logs and records of customer interactions.
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer concerns are fully resolved.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a related role

(Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome).

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English & Urdu.
• Skills:

• Patience and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle customers professionally
