Customer Care Executive (Spanish Speaker)

Job Overview:

We are looking for the Customer Care Executive (Spanish Speaker) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients or bloggers. This role involves handling customer or blogger inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer or blogger satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer or blogger-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Respond to customer or blogger inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

· Resolve customer or blogger issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

· Provide accurate information about products and services to customers or bloggers.

· Maintain customer or blogger records and update account information as necessary.

· Escalate complex customer or blogger issues to higher management when necessary.

· Achieve and maintain a high level of customer or blogger satisfaction.

· Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers or bloggers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
