Hiring: Customer Care & Front Desk Officer

Salary: 65,000 PKR
Location: Islamabad
Timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Position: Customer Care & Front Desk Officer
We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Front Desk Officer.
This role involves handling customer communication as well as front desk responsibilities. If you have experience in customer service or HR operations, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls as part of the Frontline HR Helpline Desk.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitors handling and call routing.
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries from across Pakistan.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic communication tone in Urdu and English.
  • Log and track employee concerns with accuracy.
  • Provide timely support and escalate cases when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, HR Operations, or Call Center Support.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Presentable personality with professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 per month
