Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

Office Location: Steel Fabrication Market, Office # 64 Street 3, Industrial State I 10/3 I-10, Islamabad, 44000
Office Timing: 9AM to 6M Monday To Saturday

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise the Customer Care team.

· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.

· Handle customer escalations professionally.

· Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations.

· Monitor team KPIs and customer satisfaction.

· Prepare weekly and monthly service reports.

· Develop and improve customer service processes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· MBA will be an added advantage.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Experience with CRM software is preferred.

· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
