Customer Care Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international/local buyers
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with all departments to resolve any issues related to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and communications
  • Handle complaints and concerns with patience, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and share reports related to order status, shipments, and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or client handling role in the garments or textile industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is a plus
