Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to manage client coordination, service inquiries, and communication related to our laboratory testing and waste management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth interaction between clients and internal technical teams while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our services
- Coordinate sample collection/waste transportation requests with relevant teams
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals
- Maintain client database and service records
- Enter client field data and records
- Liaise with technical staff for timely reporting
- Provide updates to clients on work status and reporting timelines
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Support marketing and business development team when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in laboratory or industrial services will be an added advantage
