We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a travel company and be well-versed in handling travel-related customer inquiries, bookings, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to travel services.
  • Assist clients with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, fares, and itineraries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a travel company (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel systems (preferred).
