About the Role

HRCONSOL is hiring energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Agents for our top Health Tech client in Karachi. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving inbound and outbound awareness and product campaigns — connecting customers to healthcare solutions that truly make an impact.

If you have prior experience in health-related campaigns, strong communication skills in English & Urdu, and love interacting with people — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and WhatsApp chats to connect customers with doctors for consultations.
  • Manage the end-to-end 6–7 step protocol with customers — from order placement and confirmation calls to post-service feedback.
  • Ensure accurate, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.
  • Maintain updated and precise customer records in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve campaign outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Share feedback and insights to enhance the customer experience.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • Intermediate-qualified candidates with exceptional call center experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or contact centers (preferably with Ibex or other reputable BPOs).
  • Prior exposure to health or wellness campaigns is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication in English & Urdu (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM and call center software.
