Hiring Customer Support Agent for a Canadian based Company in Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Timings: 6 pm to 2 am

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Location: PECHS

Key Responsibilites:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients regarding overdue payments and pending invoices.
  • Maintain polite, consistent, and effective communication with customers to ensure positive relationships.
  • Keep detailed records of all calls, commitments, and recovery outcomes.
  • Follow up regularly with customers who have made partial payments or promised payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and billing team to verify payment receipts and reconcile balances.
  • Generate daily and weekly call and recovery status reports.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills.
