Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for confident and articulate Customer Care Represenative who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidates should come from a strong English-medium background (preferably from schools like Beaconhouse, Roots, or other reputable institutions) and have a natural ability to engage customers with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to promote products/services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate product information.

Follow up on leads and close sales professionally.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the system.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (grammar and pronunciation must be strong).

Confident, persuasive, and well-spoken personality.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferably from English-medium background (Beaconhouse, Roots, or similar institutions).

Previous sales or call-handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM software).
