A Wildlife Pro, LLC is a national wildlife management company serving residential and Fortune 500 commercial clients across the U.S. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support daily operations, coordinate work orders, and manage client and vendor communications.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a professional, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for residential wildlife inquiries, responding to inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
Assess homeowner needs, provide accurate information, and communicate appropriate service quotes
Review and dispatch residential work orders from referring partners with accuracy and attention to detail
Set clear expectations with homeowners regarding scope, timing, and next steps
Proactively communicate with commercial clients regarding ongoing service activity and document all correspondence and updates across multiple internal systems
Operate proprietary workflow systems to manage job intake
Maintain organized, accurate records to ensure smooth coordination and accountability

Ability to quickly learn and consistently execute complex, multi-step workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist when needed
Full ownership of tasks and outcomes, with a commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and workloads
Working knowledge of Google Drive / Google Workspace
