Customer Care Representative ( Females -Night shift)

We are looking for a sound Customer Support Representative (female).

• ( US based Healthcare), its like a front Desk Officer for Patient Assistance. Its not a Sales Job.
• Job Location: Gulistan e Johar block 12 , Near Bin Hashim
• Working Hours: Night shift onsite (8 pm - 5 am)
• Kindly apply candidate who lives at at Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Karachi, Nazimabad, FB Area, Ayesha Manzil, Bufferzone, Safoora and Mosamyat.

Job Description:

• Patient Assistance – Receive and respond to patient calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services.
• Scheduling – Manage patient appointments with clinics.
• Communication – Act as a link between patients and healthcare providers.

Job Requirement :

• O-A levels Fresh or Graduation.
• Proficiency with MS office( particularly MS excel and MS Word).
• Good Written and spoken English Communication with a neutral accent
• Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply
