Customer Care Representative - Urgent Hiring (Entry Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Working Requirement (Important):
This role operates on a rotational shift basis. Candidates must be comfortable working evening and night shifts, as morning shift availability may be limited depending on operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred; however, fresh graduates / freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
