Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions
• Ability to provide effective Troubleshooting for customer issues
• Proficiency in English (B1+/B2 level)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Bachelor Degree
• Flexible with the working conditions
