Profile Description: Customer Care & Tele-caller – E-Commerce

Salary Slab: ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Query Handling:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude during all interactions.
  • Order Processing & Follow-Ups:
  • Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and returns.
  • Follow up on pending orders, delivery issues, and payment confirmations.
  • Ensure timely coordination with the logistics team for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Tele calling & Lead Generation:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote TREAZUREA (jewellery) and GADGETREA (tech accessories) brands.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Handle inquiries from social media, website chats, and other platforms.
  • Customer Feedback & Data Management:
  • Collect and record customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer queries and resolutions.
  • Retention & Relationship Building:
  • Develop good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Provide personalised assistance to premium customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer support or tele-calling, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order processing.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
