Customer Centre Agents (Part Time)

We are Looking for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirment

• Handle outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives

Job Type: Full-time & Part -Time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
