Job Description:

The Customer Chat Support Associate – Amazon CRM is responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through chat while utilizing Amazon’s CRM tools to manage customer interactions. The role involves resolving inquiries related to orders, payments, shipments, product details, and account issues. The associate ensures a smooth customer experience by accurately documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following Amazon’s communication and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use Amazon CRM systems to access customer information, update records, and track issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, deliveries, and product details.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and communication etiquette.
  • Meet daily performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Follow all Amazon privacy, security, and compliance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
