Customer / Client Advisor (Remote)Job Overview
Altak Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer / Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with US-based customers, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with clients, provide guidance, address inquiries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations based on their needs.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, automotive services, and related offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all stages of engagement.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Stay up to date with automotive industry trends, vehicle specifications, and market developments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Customer Success, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working with US-based customers or clients is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of vehicles, automotive terminology, and the automotive market.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, vehicle financing, or related automotive services.
- Experience working in a call center environment serving US customers.
- Familiarity with lead management and customer retention strategies.
