Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Coordinator to support field operations. You will coordinate on-site activities, interface directly with clients, and work with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service to customers on location.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during field visits. Handle inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate scheduling for service deliveries, installations, audits, or field support tasks.
- Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, and clients—ensuring field staff have required resources and information.
- Monitor quality and safety standards, verifying that services meet company compliance and client expectations.
- Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback and service outcomes, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field activities, and service completion. Generate reports as needed.
- Support training and onboarding of field staff to uphold service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
