Customer Service Coordinator – Logistics & Freight ForwardingKey Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
  • Provide full support on shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, sales) for smooth service delivery.
  • Assist with sales leads and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and shipment details.
  • Help clients with documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
  • Escalate priority concerns and ensure follow-up until resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Customer-first attitude and multitasking ability.
  • Minimum 6 Months of experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
