Customer Service Coordinator – Logistics & Freight ForwardingKey Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide full support on shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, sales) for smooth service delivery.
- Assist with sales leads and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and shipment details.
- Help clients with documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate priority concerns and ensure follow-up until resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong communication in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Customer-first attitude and multitasking ability.
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
