We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the technical team for service scheduling, follow-ups, and job updates.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, service reports, and job tickets.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure proper communication between customers and the technical department.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for the department.
- Support the Technical Manager with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in coordinating with technical/service teams is an advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business, email handling, and basic documentation.
