About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CDP & Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), real-time data pipelines, and AI-driven marketing strategies. You will drive data-driven decision-making and enable hyper-personalized marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Data Ingestion: Design and implement strategies to unify data from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, social, PoS, etc.) into a single CDP.
  • Data Pipelines: Build and maintain real-time streaming pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, etc.
  • CDP Implementation: Design and deploy composable CDPs leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data platforms.
  • AI/ML Models: Develop and operationalize predictive models for:
  • Customer segmentation (behavioral, demographic, predictive)
  • CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) estimation
  • Churn prediction & retention modeling
  • Campaign attribution and ROI analysis
  • Sentiment/intent analysis using NLP
  • Next Best Action (NBA) models for personalized recommendations
  • GenAI Applications: Apply GenAI for:
  • Automated chatbots
  • Content generation & personalization
  • Synthetic data generation for testing
  • Real-Time Decisioning: Integrate with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for dynamic campaign execution.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously tune models, pipelines, and ensure high-quality, real-time data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, data engineering, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CDP implementation and marketing analytics.
  • Strong expertise in at least one CDP tool (e.g., Hightouch, Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, Amperity, Simon Data, Salesforce CDP).
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms – Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake.
  • Hands-on with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, transformers).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in B2C / D2C industries (Retail, E-commerce, Travel & Hospitality).
  • Exposure to high-scale personalization and customer engagement platforms.

Additional Information

  • Work Mode: Onsite – Hyderabad (No Hybrid/Remote)
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 15 days preferred
  • Relocation Support: Open for candidates willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
