Customer Engagement Manager (Outbound Sales)

We are hiring an experienced Customer Engagement Manager (Outbound Sales) for outbond campaign to manage our telesales executives, drive online sales growth, and ensure excellent customer engagement. Candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring the team, and optimizing sales processes for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive online sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs (conversion rate, call quality, sales volume, customer satisfaction).
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure excellent customer engagement through effective communication, relationship building, and prompt query resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align telesales activities with digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitor offerings to guide the team effectively.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new telesales team members when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in telesales/online sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of online sales channels, digital customer engagement, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales/CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
