1. Customer Relationship & Experience Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main contact point for client inquiries, support, and feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and engagement activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience consistency. --- 2. Engagement & Retention Activities Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer engagement and trust. Organize online and offline engagement programs, feedback sessions, and appreciation initiatives. Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities through relationship nurturing. --- 3. Video Presentation & On-Camera Communication Present company updates, product information, or customer success stories through video presentations. Host virtual client meetings, online events, or webinars as a brand representative. Record short client appreciation or brand communication videos to boost engagement on digital platforms. Maintain professional on-camera appearance and presentation style in all video interactions. --- 4. Virtual & Face-to-Face Interviews Conduct virtual interviews with clients to gather testimonials, feedback, or case studies. Manage face-to-face interviews for deeper client insights and satisfaction tracking. Create engaging interview scripts or questionnaires aligned with the company’s branding and tone. Collaborate with the content or video production team to produce interview-based promotional materials. --- 5. Communication & Brand Representation Communicate company offerings clearly through various channels — email, video, calls, or meetings. Work with the marketing team to share client stories and engagement content across platforms. Uphold company values and maintain a positive image in every client interaction. --- 6. Reporting & Coordination Update CRM systems with detailed engagement records. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction and engagement performance. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, concerns, and improvement suggestions. ---
