Location: Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time / Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to international clients via Zoom and other virtual platforms.
  • Identify client needs and match them with appropriate service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the trial and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients during their trial period, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships, confidently handle objections, and guide clients toward closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and closing targets.
  • Accurately document client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales, customer relations, or client onboarding—preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
  • Confident presenter with experience using Zoom or other online meeting tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with trial and support teams.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Call Center / BPO Industry: 1 year (Required)
  • Closer (International Campaign): 1 year (Required)

Location:
