What we need

Experience in
customer service, logistics, or export operations
functions with customer touch

Experience in
order-to-cash process

Hands-on experience in
Free Zone operations
would be a great asset

Experience in
manufacturing or chemical / industrial
environments
-
Exposure to
process improvement, project management, or digital transformation
initiatives
-
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management & coordination
skills
-
Excellent command in
English
both written and speaking
What you'll be responsible for
-
Own the
end-to-end customer journey
and directly manage customer service operations (order entry, order tracking, hands-on export operations)
-
Act as the
single point of contact
for customers
-
Reduce customer-facing
uncertainty, rework, delays, and process errors
-
Analyze customer feedback (complaints, requests, operational issues) using
structured root cause analysis
-
Design and implement
permanent process improvements
for recurring customer issues
-
Support differentiated
service models
for strategic and premium customers
-
Serve as the central coordination point across
Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Foreign Trade
-
Translate customer expectations into internal processes
accurately and on time
-
Ensure operational teams understand the
customer impact
and “why” behind each process
-
Track and analyze
customer experience metrics
(e.g., customer effort, delivery performance, recurring issues)
