Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and styling advice
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain store presentation standards (visual merchandising, cleanliness, organization)
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trends
• Support inventory management (stock replenishment, tagging, stock counts)
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
