Customer Experience Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company processes and communication standards


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills (CRM/tools experience is a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
