Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Fresh candidates may also apply)

Minimum Contract Period: 1 Year

Job Description:

• >Handle customer calls professionally and assist with pre-sales & after-sales issues.
• >Prepare and distribute invoicing, correspondence, and coordinate dispatches.
• >Resolve customer queries related to billing, delivery, dispatch, and warranty claims.
• >Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
• >Maintain billing and payment documentation.
• >Ensure timely resolution of after-sales support issues.
