Inbound Customer Sales Representative (Cable TV Campaign) – Night Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound Customer Sales Representative with Cable TV campaign experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Cable TV products/services
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience in a Cable TV campaign (inbound sales preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
