Job Details

• Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: On-site
• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Working Days: 6 days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 100,000/month
• Commission: Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Promote and sell company products/services to meet sales targets
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with USA-based call center campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and computer applications
• Confident in outbound sales and lead conversion
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
