The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring effective resource management across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding</li><li>Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads and management</li><li>Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies</li><li>Manage employee allocation and resource planning across teams, departments, and projects</li><li>Track workforce availability, workload, attendance, and resource requirements</li><li>Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Address day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with management when required</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Prepare regular recruitment and resource utilization reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment processes and resource planning</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR or recruitment tools</li></ul>Pay: Rs5,000.00 - Rs75,148.68 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working in the Night shift?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
