In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Cable TV products/services</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records in the system</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mandatory: Prior experience in a Cable TV campaign (inbound sales preferred)</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation abilities</li><li>Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems</li><li>Ability to work in night shift (7 PM &ndash; 4 AM)</li><li>Target-oriented with a positive attitude</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable commuting to Johar Town, Lahore, and working the night shift (7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM)?</li><li>Do you have experience working on a Cable/TV campaign (US-based preferred)?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Inbound Customer Sales Representative (Cable TV Campaign) – Night Shift

Location: Johar Town, Lahore Shift: 2:00PM - 11:00PM Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Fixed Base + Commission + Performance BonusesWe are hiring a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative for our UK-based campaign.
