Outbound Sales Representative (UK Campaign – Onsite)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: 2:00PM - 11:00PM

Salary: Fixed Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are hiring a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative for our UK-based campaign. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to potential UK customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based prospects
• Introduce and pitch products/services effectively
• Handle objections and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate call notes and CRM records
• Follow compliance and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of outbound sales experience
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or British accent preferred)
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Ability to work onsite in Johar Town
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
