Job Summary

The Customer Experience Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations. The role focuses on maintaining customer records, handling basic queries, updating CRM systems, and assisting in follow-ups to ensure smooth customer experience processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records, feedback logs, and complaint entries.
  • Record customer inquiries and forward them to relevant teams when required.
  • Support basic follow-ups on customer queries and service requests.
  • Update CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Assist in maintaining lead records and basic customer data organization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for routine customer service support.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs in daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
