Job Summary
The Customer Experience Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations. The role focuses on maintaining customer records, handling basic queries, updating CRM systems, and assisting in follow-ups to ensure smooth customer experience processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records, feedback logs, and complaint entries.
- Record customer inquiries and forward them to relevant teams when required.
- Support basic follow-ups on customer queries and service requests.
- Update CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Assist in maintaining lead records and basic customer data organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for routine customer service support.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs in daily tasks.
